Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The sea view from the room was simply stunning, and the overall ambiance was calm and inviting. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during these challenging times. However, there were a few hiccups, like the warm white wine and some issues with the bathroom amenities that could use improvement. Overall, I had a lovely time exploring East Lothian and would consider returning.
Our stay was better than we expected, with a lovely hot tub room offering superb views. While the room was clean and modern, there were some downsides like a missing light bulb and poor breakfast options. The dinner experience was good but could have been clearer regarding choices. Overall, it was a good deal for the price, and we would stay again.
I had a mostly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, but the room we booked left a lot to be desired, especially given the price. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sea views, but the facilities could use some attention. Overall, it's a lovely spot, but there are a few areas that need improvement to match the expectations set by their pricing.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were luxurious and our hot tub suite had a stunning view, but I did hear complaints from others about less appealing rooms. Overall, the service was excellent and the dining was top-notch, with a fantastic breakfast that we loved. However, there were some organizational hiccups during our stay, and the lesser rooms seemed to need attention. Still, I would definitely return for that magical sea view and great food.
My stay at the hotel was unfortunately less than ideal. The location was absolutely stunning, with amazing views, and the room I initially had was great. However, the service left much to be desired, and several issues during my stay really put a damper on the experience. While I do appreciate a good hot tub room, it just wasn't enough to make up for the disarray elsewhere.
